SUBSTANCE: method comprises steps of treating a core of a steel-copper wire in solution of Na2CO3; selecting a flowrate of the solution according to a condition of whole filling of an electrode cavity; setting an intensity of an electric field in range 100-140 V/cm; feeding a strip of an envelope from an uncoiler to a unit for cleaning its surface, then together with the core - to a bending roller unit; welding a longitudinal butt of the envelope, transporting the blank, had been produced, through an inductor; reducing a heated blank in four-roll grooved pass, coiling it onto a coiling drum.
