FIELD: mechanical engineering, aviation, chemical, electronic engineering, medicine, etc. SUBSTANCE: apparatus has computer-based controlling machine with peripheral digital-to-analog devices. Power source has two step-up transformers, auxiliary rectifier, valve micro controller, current sensor, voltage sensor and pulse sensors, power unit for peripheral devices. First terminal of power source is grounded and connected through pulse sensor with two step-up transformers, and second terminal is connected through current sensor and three controllable rectifiers with two step-up transformers. Voltage sensor is disposed between device for supplying current to grounded electrolytic tank casing and device for supplying current to part. Micro controller is connected to power unit for peripheral devices and with controlling machine, as well as to rectifiers and current sensor, voltage sensor and pulse sensor. Apparatus of such construction allows oxidation process to be carried out simultaneously inside single tank in several modes for obtaining coating on iron-carbon alloys. Apparatus provides increased corrosion and heat resistance and allows electrically insulating, ornamental and other coats to be deposited on metals and alloys.
