SUBSTANCE: the invention is pertaining to the equipment for electrolytic treatment of surfaces of metals and their alloys by oxidation to increase their wear resistance, corrosion resistance, heat resistance, for production of the decorative and insulating coatings and may be used in mechanical engineering, aircraft and chemical industries, medicine, and also in repair production at a reinforcement and recovery of components. The device contains: electrodes, in the capacity of one of which an oxidized component is used; a source of power supply; an electrolytic bath. The second electrode is made in the form of a cylinder with a cooling jacket with a circulating in it coolant. At that on the internal surface of the electrode and on an external surface of the cooling jacket are installed the perforated tubes intended for a barbotage by the compressed air of an electrolyte in a zone oxidation. The invention allows to increase productivity of the microarc oxidation and the physical-mechanical properties of the formed coating.

EFFECT: the invention allows to increase productivity of the microarc oxidation and to improve physical-mechanical properties of the formed coating.
