FIELD: mining industry, development of steeply deeping ore deposits under shock-risky conditions. SUBSTANCE: process of development of shock-risky ore deposits includes early development of levels from above to bottom relative one another, from center to flanks of ore bodies with formation of configuration of cleaning space by way of drilling, charging and blasting holes. Configuration of cleaning space on upper levels is chain-linear in accordance with expression Z/Zm= (Ch2(y/Zm)-1)/2, and on lower levels is parabolic in correspondence with expression Z/Zm= (y/Zm)2 along strike y of deposit with direction x=const and its orientation in direction opposite to action of maximum horizontal compressing stress σmax in undisturbed mass. Holes on boundaries with cleaning space are drilled on each lower level at angle α determined by formula and on upper levels at angle α of natural spalling that is , where Z is height of level from origin of coordinates matched with depth Zm of excavation, Zm being depth of excavation; y is strike distance; x is direction transverse to strike.
