FIELD: power engineering.
SUBSTANCE: in order to control speed of rotor rotation, it is proposed to count electric pulses generated by sensor of wind-powered engine rotations in a fixed period of time. Sensor of rotations includes ring of non-transparent material with evenly arranged holes, which is fixed onto rotor rim, and also light emitter with source of supply installed on platform of wind-powered engine. On the other side of ring, opposite to radiator, there is a photodetector of light flux installed to convert light flux into electric signal, which arrives at inlet of pulse amplifier-generator. Its output signal arrives at one of inlets of pulse counter, at the same time a signal from frequency divider arrives to its other inlet, and frequency divider inlet is connected to reference generator. Signals from outlet of pulse counter, from frequency divider, from weather vane switch, from circuit of manual control arrive to inlets of circuit of logical signals processing, at the same time its outlets are connected to actuating circuit of generator connection, with circuit of control by connection of traction reversible electric engine and with indicator of rotor rotation speed.
EFFECT: invention provides for maximum full usage of wind-powered engines advantages with axis of rotor installed horizontally and having two points of support and blades, axes of which are also installed horizontally and have two support points.
