FIELD: smoothly regulated closing of working fluid flow in pipeline. SUBSTANCE: shutter includes inlet and outlet portions of housing; seat; shutoff organ mounted with possibility of lengthwise stroke; stationary flow-forming member with one dead end arranged normally relative to axis of shutoff organ; drive shaft and drive unit. Housing has cylindrical turning at side turned to its outlet portion. Open end of flow-forming member is arranged in said turning for providing piston pair and restricting closed cavity. Drive shaft is provided with eccentric- slider mechanism arranged in body of shutoff organ. High-pressure cavity is communicated with low-pressure cavity and with cavity defined by means of flow-forming member and shutoff organ through high-pressure valves. EFFECT: simplified design, enhanced reliability, increased useful life period of shutter. 3 dwg
