FIELD: apparatuses for controlling compressed gas consumption. SUBSTANCE: valve device includes housing and seat mounted with possibility of adjusting its position relative to axis of housing. Shut off-adjusting organ with cone shut-off surface and with small- diameter step is arranged in housing. Said step is placed with radial gap in supply duct of seat. On end portion of small-diameter step there is surface inclined relative to axis. Sealing rings are arranged in grooves provided in supply duct of seat and on seat surface engaging with housing. There is throttling passage in small-diameter step. Inlet opening of throttling passage is placed in front of sealing ring according to gas flowing, outlet opening of said passage is placed behind sealing ring. Valve device is provided with flange made monolithically with unions of gas inlet. There is radial duct in housing. Seat is pressed between housing and flange; fixing member such as stud is secured to seat in such a way that protruding portion of said stud is arranged in radial groove of housing. Sealing ring is arranged in additional annular groove on seat surface engaging with flange. Groove in supply duct of seat is formed by means of annular turning at gas inlet side and flange surface engaging with seat.
