FIELD: pipeline systems; valves and fittings. SUBSTANCE: invention is designed for reliable closing of main lines at increased pressures and stepless regulation of gas and liquid flow rates. Proposed shutoff-regulating valve contains housing, two seats, two shutoff members, screw with handwheel and inlet and outlet unions. Valve is furnished with cylindrical bushing installed for displacement. Two seats connected by axial hole and through channel are made in cylindrical bushing. Said seats interact with shutoff members. Through channel is arranged between side surface of cylindrical bushing and axial hole of bushing. Radial hole is also made in cylindrical bushing. Axis of radial hole is parallel to axis of outlet union. Inlet union is located between cylindrical bushing and one of shutoff members. EFFECT: improved operating characteristics and increased reliability and service life of shutoff- regulating valve. 2 cl, 4 dwg
