FIELD: construction of engineering service nets, in particular, sewer pipes and sewage collectors. SUBSTANCE: the reinforced-concrete pipe is made of portland-cement with reinforced filler included in it. Fiber of basalt coarse wool with a diameter within 155.1 to 174.0 μm and length within 14 to 30 mm is used as reinforced filler, which is uniformly distributed in concrete and chaotically oriented with a mass-portland cement percentage relation within 4 to 10%. EFFECT: reduced expenditures connected with production of built-up structural members of engineering service nets and enhanced service life. 1 dwg
