FIELD: medical engineering. SUBSTANCE: device has programming unit and stimulation unit manufactured in separate casings and provided with communication means for transmitting treatment parameters from one to the other. Interface units are additionally introduced into the programming units and stimulation units. A stimulation unit has control unit that is connected to electric cardiac activity detector unit and two impulse shaper units with electrodes connected to them and additionally has the third impulse shaper. Indication and adjustment units are connected to interface unit in the programming unit. The interface unit and the third impulse shaper are connected to control unit in the stimulation unit. EFFECT: wide range of functional applications; reliable protection against accidental parameter value changes; improved mass and dimension parameters. 1 dwg
