FIELD: aviation; vertical take-off and landing aircraft; manufacture of such aircraft. SUBSTANCE: flying vehicle has fuselage, landing gear and tail boom on which vertical stabilizer with ruder is secured; secured in upper portion of fuselage on bracket is longitudinal and transversal inclination mechanism whose load-bearing shaft is connected with three propulsors by means of three rods; each propulsor is shifted relative to another propulsor by 120 deg; it is mounted vertically relative to fuselage and is connected with turbo-ion engine. Longitudinal and transversal inclination mechanism is kinematically linked with flying vehicle control mechanism; gas turbo-ion engines are electrically connected with nuclear high-volt batteries by means of switchgear. EFFECT: simplification of transmissions; reduced mass; ease of control at various modes; reduced adverse effect on environment. 5 cl, 22 dwg
