FIELD: devices for neutralization of organic wastes, for instance, extraction mixtures by their combustion in fluidized beds. SUBSTANCE: plant includes two interconnected reactors provided with air supply means, air-distributing screens and partially filled with layer of solid particles. Outlet of the first reactor is connected with inlet of the second one. Plant also has means for trapping and recirculation of solid particles. The first reactor is designed for catalytic combustion of fuel. It is additionally equipped with means for fuel supply and filled with solid particles in the form of catalyst. The second reactor designed for neutralization of organic wastes is provided with means for supply of wastes and chemisorbent. It is filled with solid particles in the form of inert material. Reactors of fuel combustion and neutralization of organic wastes are located nonaxially. Preferably, inlet of reactor of neutralization of organic wastes is provided with cyclone and bin for collection of catalyst dust. Said bin is connected with system of dust supply to reactor of fuel catalytic combustion. EFFECT: higher efficiency of neutralization of organic wastes without secondary contaminants. 1 dwg absence of
