FIELD: systems controlling operational mode of internal combustion engine. SUBSTANCE: proposed transmitter includes permanent magnet with magnetically soft polar pin which carries coil bordering on it. Length of coil winding amounts to part of axial length of polar pin as minimum. Section of polar pin on side facing permanent magnet can be larger than opposite side of polar pin. Permanent magnet and polar pin are insulated one from another. Polar pin has at least two grooves radially located which depth amounts to not less than quarter of maximum size of section of polar pin placed inside coil. EFFECT: enhanced sensitivity of transmitter, increased level of output signal at high rotation speed of shaft. 1 cl, 1 dwg
