FIELD: manufacture of thin-film photoelectric components. SUBSTANCE: method relates to manufacture of photoelectric foil supported by bearing layer; it incorporates plurality of photoelectric layers which in assembly can generate electric current from incident light; side electrode layer on one end adjacent to photoelectric layers and parallel to them; and transparent conductor layer on its other end adjacent to photoelectric layers and parallel to them; film manufacturing process includes following sequential steps: manufacture of temporary substrate, not over 500 mcm thick, evaporation of transparent conductor layer, evaporation of photoelectric layers, evaporation of rear electrode layer, evaporation of bearing layer, removal of temporary substrate, and, if improved characteristics of film are desired, evaporation of upper coat on transparent conductor layer end. EFFECT: ability of manufacturing roller-to-roller flexible photoelectric foil or device using any desired transparent conducting material and evaporation process. 15 cl, 13 dwg
