FIELD: medicine. SUBSTANCE: method involves carrying out radionuclide-mediated examination with erythrocytes labeled with 99mTc and injured due to being heated. Radiopharmaceutical preparation of 20 mCi radioactivity is applied. Single photon emission computer tomography is carried out 2.5 h later after injecting the preparation. Accumulation manifestations or radiopharmaceutical preparation hyperfixation foci being observed on SPECT-slices, focal spleen lesions are considered to be diagnosed.
