FIELD: biotechnology, medicine, microbiology.
SUBSTANCE: method involves labeling intestine bacillus microorganisms with radionuclide by incubation of E. coli culture in solution of the reagent "Pirfoteks, 99mTc", culturing microorganisms with 99mTc-technetate and the following purification of labeled bacterial cells by centrifugation. Using the invention provides preparing the viable culture of intestine bacillus with high specific radioactivity and no containing free 99mTc-pertechnetate in extracellular medium.
EFFECT: improved method for marking microorganisms.
