FIELD: medicine, vascular surgery. SUBSTANCE: the method is conducted by using spinal anesthesia due to injecting 2-2.5 ml 2%-lidocaine solution and 0.5 ml 0.01%-clofyline solution at L4-L5 or L5-S1 level into spinal marrow canal. Femoral artery is catheterized and infusate is introduced at 5.5-6.0 ml/kg body weight dosage. The composition of infusate contains preparation at the following ratio of components, weight%: pentoxifylline 1.19-11.21, no-spa 0.90-0.96, xanthinol nicotinate 1.45-1.50, rheopolyglukin - the rest. Then one should additionally inject Ringer's-Lokk solution at 5.5-11.4 ml/kg body weight dosage followed by injection of a contrast preparation to conduct roentgenological survey.
