FIELD: medicine. SUBSTANCE: method involves administering high activity ionized drug solution into arterial bed of the injured extremity. The preparation is ionized by means of active electrode placed into catheter lumen, through that infusion is carried out, and passive electrode placed on the patient body. Current intensity is 6-8 mA. Procedure duration is 15-30 min. The treatment duration is 5-28 days. EFFECT: prevented early stage thromboses in reconstruction zone; accelerated treatment course. 1 dwg
