SUBSTANCE: proposed device has container for loose materials with discharge funnel, drive screw feeder for discharge of loose material from container and agitator engaging with feeder flights. Agitator is with blades and is installed on axle for turning together with axle and for displacement along longitudinal axis of feeder and also for displacement in direction from screw feeder to bring its blades out of engagement with feeder flights and in direction towards feeder to bring said blades in engagement with said flight.
