SUBSTANCE: the invention is pertaining to the field of production of the high-purity amorphous silicon dioxide. The method of production of the amorphous silicon dioxide from the rice husk provides for the loading of the rice husk into the reactor, feeding of the air into the reactor, realization in the reactor of the pyrolysis of the rice husk, burning of the carbonic residual of the pyrolysis at the temperature from 500 up to 850°С, unloading of the product. In the reactor organize the sequential relocation of the rice husk from the area of the loadings, through the middle area to the area of its unloading. Air supply into the reactor is conducted distributively - feeding the air into the area of unloading and into the middle area. The gaseous products of the pyrolysis and burning are removed from the loading area. The technical result of the invention is production from the rice husk of the amorphous silicon dioxide with the purity of up to 99.99 % and with the specific surface up to 400 m2/g in the continuous waste-free power-saving and the ecologically pure production process.
EFFECT: the invention ensures production from the rice husk of the amorphous silicon dioxide with the purity of up to near 100 percent and with the specific surface - up to 400 square meters per on gram during the continuous waste-free power-saving and the ecologically pure production process.
