FIELD: thermal engineering. SUBSTANCE: hot water supplied to users from power plant is first passed through bottom and top delivery-water heaters of extraction turbine prior to conveying it to heating system; delivery water loss is replenished by makeup water which is heated and deaerated under vacuum before being passed to heating system. Prior to vacuum deaeration makeup water is heated by condensate of bottom and top delivery-water heaters. EFFECT: enhanced reliability and economic efficiency of thermal power plant. 1 dwg
