FIELD: heat power engineering. SUBSTANCE: invention can be used at heat power stations. According to proposed method, heating system water is delivered to consumer, said water being heated in heating system heaters of extraction turbine. Losses of heating system water are compensated for by make-up water which is heated and vacuum deaerated prior to delivering into heating system. For this purpose heated water is delivered into vacuum deaerator as heating agent. Heating of water used as heating agent in vacuum deaerator is provided by feed water taken for this purpose after feed water deaerator.
