FIELD: thermal engineering; thermal power stations. SUBSTANCE: system operates as follows: delivery water supplied to user is passed in turn to bottom and top delivery-water heaters of extraction turbine. Delivery water loss is compensated for by makeup water which is heated and deaerated under vacuum prior to passing it to heat network. Makeup water is heated prior to vacuum deaeration with full-flow condensate extracted for the purpose downstream of one of low-pressure heaters of turbine. EFFECT: enhanced reliability and economic efficiency due to preheating source water upstream of vacuum deaerator. 1 dwg
