SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a method of an immunocorrecting therapy of preclinical and clinically expressed forms of immunological insufficiency and express-selection of agents used for immunocorrection. Immunocorrection of the immune system links is provided due to increase of the content of high-avidity of normal and/or antibodies of G class to an antigen in blood and/or lymph and/or secretions by a selective effect on the process of maturation of antibodies in plasmatic cells and/or on structure of low-avidity antibodies and their transformation to high-avidity ones. Effectiveness of immunocorrecting therapy and/or an agent used for immunocorrection are evaluated on the base of alternation of the content of high-avidity and/or low-avidity antibodies in blood and/or lymph and/or secretions or alternation of structural and/or functional and/or protective properties of antibodies and/or available SH-groups in IgG and an index of modulating effect that is determined on the base of results obtained before and after the immunocorrecting effect for each index, respectively.
