FIELD: diabetes. SUBSTANCE: drug is characterized by a definite composition and quantitative characteristics of cell suspension prepared from native or cryopreserved hemopoietic cells of human fetal liver and/or spleen. Diabetes mellitus is treated by injecting a drug selected from preliminarily formed tissue bank of different samples taking into account individual features of patient.
