FIELD: diagnosis and monitoring of scattering properties of propagation medium of radio waves during bistatic location. SUBSTANCE: proposed meter measuring width of scattering function of propagation medium has antenna with two identical radiation patterns spaced apart by angle in scanning plane of radiation pattern of source and two outputs, two receivers, subtracter and indicator. Meter is additionally fitted with meter of delay of trains, meter of angular velocity of scanning of radiation pattern of source, two multipliers, squarer, divider, square root calculator, terminal for input of value of width of radiation pattern of meter and terminal for input of value of angular separation. EFFECT: prevention of coherent signal processing, enhanced accuracy of evaluation of scattering properties of medium. 2 dwg
