FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medicine and surgery. Perforated duodenal bulb ulcer is laparoscopically sutured with no signs of the stricture formation. Esophagogastroduodenoscopy is performed. Localization and diameter of perforation hole and ulcerative crater on the side of the bowel lumen are determined. Laparoscopy is performed. Diameter of the perforation hole on the side of serous cover is determined. Ulcerative crater is projected onto the serous membrane. Perforation is laparoscopically sutured within healthy tissues. Perforation hole and ulcerative crater are plunged into the seams. Differentiated approach to suturation is determined by the location of the perforation hole in any area of the ulcer crater.
EFFECT: method provides more reliable suture of a perforation hole in surgical treatment of perforated duodenal bulb ulcer with no signs of the stricture formation, provides prevention of complications due to prevention of tissue cutting by excluding the changed, thinned tissues of the ulcerative crater from suturing area.
