FIELD: biotechnology, biology, medicine, pharmacology. SUBSTANCE: method involves the effect of laser radiation with length wave from 9 to 11 mcm, power density in the range 0.1-1 kW/cm2 on the parent substance. The latter substance presents: polysaccharides or lectins, or wine materials, or Iceland moss Cetraria islandica, or zosterol, or compounds produced by microorganisms Bacillus thuringiensis being the parent substance is used as suspension of vegetable or animal raw in water, or in vegetable oil, or in ethyl alcohol, or as natural compound solution. Water or vegetable oil, or ethyl alcohol are used as solvent. The parent substance is fed to zone of laser effect in either continuous or dropping jet in jet efflux rate in the range from 0.05 to 10 m/s. The parent substance irradiated by laser is mixed with polymerization inhibitor, in part, with ethanol that is added in the amount 10% by volume, not less. Substances obtained after laser effect are subjected for the additional chemical modification with biologically active substance, for example, antibacterial peptides, or tryptophane derivatives, or tryptophane-containing peptides, or glycopeptides.
