FIELD: hydraulic structures; applicable for use on continental shelf. SUBSTANCE: complex includes not more than two offshore platforms interconnected by catwalk. Each platform has supporting unit, bearing deck and upper structure of multistage type consisting of modules and installed on bearing deck. Modules have drilling, operating, power and residential units. Catwalk 3 between platforms 1 and 2 is secured with its one end to deck of upper structure 8 of platform 2, and with its other end it is mounted for longitudinal motion relative to bearing deck 6 of platform 1 at temperature fluctuations. Bearing decks 6 are made to accommodate in their internal spaces fuel storage tanks and process tanks. Located on platform 1 is functionally completed module 7 of residential unit. Process module 9 and power module 10 are located on platform 2. Process module 9 includes drilling unit 20 and operating unit 21. Stages 22 of process module 9 and power module 10 on perimeter of platform 2 have connecting gangways 23 for passage and evacuation.
