FIELD: quality control systems. SUBSTANCE: method involves creating three databases like specification documents database, actual quality database of technological flowcharts in all plants, marketable product certificates database on a chemical technology enterprise. Database interconnection and mentioned database maintenance is organized. In creating the specification documents database State standards, enterprise standards, technical specifications on marketable products quality and quality level of all technological flowcharts on the enterprise are used. When creating the actual quality database of technological flowcharts in all plants, results of daily technological flowchart analysis according to analytical control schedule concerning the technological plants and actual values of the received quality factors of each technological flowchart at particular time moment on particular plant are entered into the actual technological flowchart quality database describing all plants. When creating marketable product certificates database results of marketable products quality analyses are used in keeping in view its production in all production reservoirs. The data describing certification values of quality factors both relative to the technological flowcharts and marketable products are taken from the specification documents database dealing with organizational interrelation of all databases. Then the actual values of the factors are averaged on calendar time intervals to be reflected in reports to follow analytical control schedule maintenance and marketable product quality specification requirement compliance. EFFECT: enhanced effectiveness of on-line quality control.
