A body is made as a closed chamber with detachable bottom, the inner cavity is supplied with hollows to fix the constant position of an insertion piece, bottom and closing lock. The bottom is designed with external thread. Closing lock is in the form of a ring with external left-handed thread. Between insertion piece and ball head an interlayer is additionally installed. The innovation provides reliability due to matching and retaining the rotation centers of spherical body and ball head in zero-point position that excludes rotating moments in traumatic and orthopedic patients.
