SUBSTANCE: the innovation enables to avoid repeated operation due to providing reliable primary mechanical fixation and helps to avoid the cup's prolapse during its installation and instability during exploitation at keeping the volume of articular movements being similar to natural one. The cup mentioned has got either porous or coarse external surface, at maximal diameter, being between polar area and the edge which is steadily decreased in proximal direction towards the cup's polar area and in distal direction towards the cup's edge. One part of the cup from maximal diameter up to polar area has got external surface of rotation the generatrix of which is being a curve with one radius or smoothly interlinked radiuses of different value. The cup's height from the edge up to polar area is less than the half of the cup's maximal diameter and is equal to or less for the value of 2 mm, not more the depth of osseous bed. Maximal diameter of the cup is 0.1-2.5 mm more against the diameter of the osseous bed's equator. The ratio of external diameter of the cup's edge against the diameter of the osseous bed's equator ranges 0.97-1.03.
