FIELD: medicine, gynecology, obstetrics. SUBSTANCE: therapy is conducted due to curative physical culture in two stages. The first stage lasts for 15- 20 d and deals with the intake of antihypoxants along with daily curative physical culture (CPC) 1-2 h after the intake of prescribed preparation which corresponds to gestation terms, the second stage deals with CPC only. CPC- complex includes both static and dynamic exercises by involving the muscles of pelvic diaphragm. In case of pyeloectasia at gestation terms of 20-28 wk the treatment is prescribed at the size of renal pelvis being 5-8 mm, at gestation terms above 28 wk - 8-12 mm, in case of ventriculomagalia at gestation terms of 22-38 wk therapy is prescribed at the size of posterior horns of fetal lateral cerebral ventricles being 12-14 mm.
