FIELD: medicine, perinatology, obstetrics. SUBSTANCE: complex of curative gymnastics with step-by-step and subsequent performance of exercises of respiratory and aquagymnastics is conducted in pregnant women during the whole gestation period. Exercises of respiratory gymnastics are conducted daily, twice or thrice a day: twice weekly under supervision of a specialist and twice weekly in combination with aquagymnastics at a dynamic mode under supervision of a specialist, too, and thrice weekly under self-control. Complex of respiratory gymnastics consists of six exercises performed in a sedentary relaxed position; the first exercise deals with a nasal breathe in, reservation of the air inside for 10-15 s, a breathe out by small portions, little by little, the breathe out being two times longer than a breathe in is; the second exercise - a nasal breathe in, reservation of the air inside for 10-15 s, a breathe out by small portions through the right nasal side, the left one is closed with a finger; the third exercise - a nasal breathe in, reservation of the air inside for 10-15 s, a breathe out by small portions slowly through the left nasal half, the right one is closed with a finger; the fourth exercise - a nasal breathe in, reservation of the air inside for 10-15 s, a breathe out at widely opened mouth; the fifth exercise - a nasal breathe in, reservation of the air inside for 15 s, a breathe out slowly, by small portions through the right and left nasal halves, in turn, a breathe out being two-three times longer against a breathe in; the sixth exercise - a nasal breathe in, reservation of the air inside for 15-20 s, a breathe out by small portions through both nasal halves simultaneously, slowly. Moreover, each exercise should be performed three or four times. Complex of aquagymnastics includes subsequently done exercises by involving the muscles of humeral, thoracic and lumbar departments and, also, those of a pelvic fundus and perineum followed by underwater swimming.
