FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention refers to medicine, namely to obstetrics and gynecology, can be used to determine a risk of intrauterine infection in super early and early preterm births, complicated by rupture of amniotic membranes, using a predictive table. Risk factors of intrauterine infection are evaluated by 10 predictors in scores and total score of ≥62 shows the risk of intrauterine fetus infection as high, while <62 points risk of intrauterine infection is low.
EFFECT: method enables providing more accurate assessment of the risk of intrauterine infection and selecting the right pregnancy management approach, which leads to improved perinatal outcomes, reduced frequency of purulent-septic complications in super early and early preterm delivery.
