SUBSTANCE: invention relates to galenic pharmacy and concerns novel stable paracetamol-base compositions comprising dissolved paracetamol in water-containing carrier where buffer with pH value 4-8 is added absorbing free radicals. Method involves also bubbling water-insoluble inert gas in water-containing solvent used for removal of oxygen from medium. Analgetic of central or peripheral action can be added to preparations. Compositions in the form injection preparations for pain treatment are stable aqueous liquid solutions of paracetamol.
