FIELD: medicine, pharmaceutics.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to multi-dose frozen-dried non-radioactive set, which contains tetrophosmin, radioprotective agent, selected from ascorbic acid or its salt with biocompatible cation, biocompatible reducing agent and pH-regulating agent in amount efficient to ensure that when set is reduced with salt solution, resulting solution has pH in interval from 8.0 to 9.2. Said set after reduction with solution of 99mTc-pertechnetate gives stabilised radiopharmaceutical composition of 99mTc-tetrophosmin, neither set nor radiopharmaceutical composition of 99mTc-tetrophosmine contain antimicrobial preservative. Invention also relates to method of manufacturing multiple standard doses for patient, in which stage of set reduction is carried out without adding air.
EFFECT: invention ensures prolongation of availability of radioactive technetium and enhancement of radiochemical purity.
