FIELD: chemico-pharmaceutical and food industries. SUBSTANCE: method involves open-air drying and grinding of vegetable raw material, extraction of ground air-dried vegetable raw material by boiling for 10-20 min at the following mass ratio of vegetable raw material and water (1:5)-(1:20), cooling and filtration of extract. The method also includes addition of ground air-dried sea brown algae in filtered extract. Algae of sea staff genus, or rockweed genus, or their mixture are taken in amount of 25-50% from extract mass. Then mixture is mixed up to preparation of homogeneous consistency, aged for 0.5-24.0 h, and dried at atmospheric pressure and temperature of 40-85 C, and after it, dry extract is ground.
