SUBSTANCE: method comprises the steps of providing a conductive carrying substrate on the first carrying surface and the second carrying surface, the layout of, at least, the first carrying surface with a structured layer of insulating material in the integrated area, wherein the layer of insulating material is formed as a structure with a plurality of holes so that electrical access to the first carrying surface is possible from the upper surface of the insulating material layer, opposite the first carrying surface, the arrangement of the structured conductive coating on the insulating material on its upper surface so that the conductive coating is included in the hole and covers the insulating material in the integrated area. The conductive coating is structured such that a number of separate first electrode areas are formed in the conductive coating, applying an organic light-emitting layer over, at least, one first electrode area, applying the second electrode layer over the organic light-emitting layer.
EFFECT: providing the ability to easily and effectively provide an OLED device with a conductive carrying substrate.
