FIELD: devices for magnetizing liquids and prevention of formation of asphalt gum paraffin deposits in pipe lines and fittings in the course of treatment of water pumped into wells; protection of water and heat supply systems against scaling; reduction of corrosion activity of water systems. SUBSTANCE: proposed device has magnetic system with main permanent magnets located on both sides of gap for flowing liquid; their pole surfaces are directed towards gap; direction of magnetization is perpendicular to direction of liquid flow. Opposite (relative to gap) magnets have similar direction of magnetization. Device is provided with additional permanent magnets with alternating directions of magnetization parallel to direction of liquid flow; polarities of poles of main magnets facing the gap coincide with polarity of poles of additional magnets adjoining them. Main and additional magnets are located at alternating order on magnetic circuit. Gaskets made from nonmagnetic material may be laid between main and additional permanent magnets and magnetic circuit. EFFECT: increased gradient of magnetic field intensity. 4 cl, 4 dwg
