FIELD: alcoholic beverage industry. SUBSTANCE: bitter liqueur contains the following ratio of components per 1000 dal: garlic infusion, 90.0-110.0 l; garlic aromatic alcohol, 4.06.0 l; 65.8-% sugar syrup, 20.0-25.0 l; hill saltwort dry extract, 0.15-0.25 kg; color, 2.0-3.5 kg; aqueous-alcoholic liquid, up to strength of 40%. Garlic infusion is used with volume part of ethyl alcohol of 60% and weight concentration of extractive substances no less than 5.0 g/cu.cm. Due to quantitative and qualitative content of components producing synergistic action to each other, prepared product possesses higher organoleptical properties which do not change during the process of storage, and stable content of biologically active ingredients.
