SUBSTANCE: bitter liqueur contains the following ratio of ingredients per 1000 dal: magnolia vine dry extract, 0.15-0.20 kg; natural honey, 18.0-24.0 kg; color, 1.5-2.5 kg; horse radish infusion, 380.0-420.0 l; aqueous-alcoholic liquid, the balance, up to 40% strength of blend. Volume part of ethyl alcohol in horse radish infusion is 60%, while weight concentration of extractive substances, no less than 2.2 g/cu. cm. Due to synergistic interaction of components, bitter liqueur has gently hot taste and slight flavor of horse radish. Said liqueur also has vegetable freshness in aroma and mild fruit tint in taste.
