FIELD: alcoholic beverage industry. SUBSTANCE: special vodka contains garlic aromatic alcohol, 65.8-% sugar syrup, eleutheroccocus dry extract and aqueous-alcoholic liquid at the following ratio of components per 1000 dal of prepared product: garlic aromatic alcohol, 8-12 l; 65.8-% sugar syrup, 14-17 l; eleutheroccocus dry extract, 0.1-0.2 kg; aqueous-alcoholic liquid, up to strength of 40%. The invention provides preparation of vodka with mild garlic flavor due to using of components producing synergistic action to each other, prolonged maintenance of vodka medicinal properties, stability of its composition and organoleptical properties at storage. EFFECT: broadened assortment of special vodkas.
