FIELD: civil engineering, manufacture of floors experiencing high mechanical loads. SUBSTANCE: invention allows task of design of freely-laid floors for dancing hall, gymnasia and the like to be solved. Floor boarding includes set of wooden members such as squared timber or matched board. Each member has hole. Cable passed through holes and mounted loop-shaped via cable holder on last member of set is used in the capacity of fixing device. Free ends of cable are fixed with tension. Cable holder comes in the form of pin with head which is installed in hole for cable uniaxially with it. Pin has through hole and head of pin is placed on metal plate anchored on wooden member fitted with stopper of reverse pitch of pin head. EFFECT: increased strength of floor boarding, its stability to formation of contraction cracks which appear with the course of time. 1 cl, 2 dwg
