FIELD: handcuffs. SUBSTANCE: handcuffs have two bracelets placed round the wrists of delinquent and body connected with bracelets by removable cover. Body internal cavity accommodates lock mechanism and power source, electric shock device, control unit and position pickup inserted between power source and electric shock device. Control unit is made in the form of electric switch mechanically connected with lock mechanism and cut in between power source and electric shock device. EFFECT: increased efficiency of handcuffs due to automatic switching-on of electric shock in attempt of delinquent to remove handcuffs irrespective of a distance between escort and delinquent. 4 cl, 6 dwg
