FIELD: mechanical engineering. SUBSTANCE: handcuffs have bracelet for wrist made in the form of band from high-strength plastic material, and lock consisting of two strips located at ends of bracelet band and having locking members. Aforesaid locking members represent at least two recesses located against each other in longitudinal edges of strip and divided by partitions. Located at sides of recesses are protrusions. Provided in lock strip is longitudinal slot. Length of slot is equal to total height of two opposite protrusions, and height of slot is equal to height of partitions between recesses.
