FIELD: medicine, orthopedics. SUBSTANCE: endoprosthetics is performed by general technique at spinal anesthesia with a monopolar femoral component of endoprosthesis. Moreover, total survey is supplemented with antitubercular one to be carried out during preoperative therapy with three preparations: isoniazide 0.6x3, rifampicin 0.4x3, pyrazinamide 0.5x3 for 10-15 d followed by postoperative therapy with these preparations, too. The present innovation favors the earlier restoration of operated hip joint function at considerable decrease of potential postoperative complications. EFFECT: higher efficiency.
