FIELD: medicine. SUBSTANCE: method involves administering preliminary complex intensive therapy by means of regional intra-arterial infusion of anti-tuberculosis, detoxication and rheologically active preparations like Isoniaside 10% 5,0; Rifamycin 0.45; Hemodes 400.0; Rheopolyglukin 400.0; Rheomacrodex 400.0; Actovegin 10% 250.0 per day during 1.5-2 months. Process stabilization being achieved, hip joint endoprosthesis is set. Infusion of the abovementioned preparations is continued in postoperative period in the same doses during 4-6 weeks. Then antibacterial therapy is continued in parenteral and oral application mode by administering Isoniaside 0.6; Rifamycin 0.45 per day during 4-6 months. Osteoplastic repair is applied when indicated. EFFECT: enhanced effectiveness in recovering hip joint function. 2 cl, 4 dwg
