FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention refers to medicine, namely to phthisioorthopedics, and can be used for stage treatment of destructive foci in osteoarticular tuberculosis. For this purpose, destructive source is sanitized. After the necrectomy of the focus, the operating cavity is first filled with myramistin solution in concentration 0.005 %. Walls of the operating cavity are treated for 5 minutes with Sonoca 185 ultrasonic cavitator from Söring, tuned in 40 % power mode and 50 % water flow at rate of ~1.75 cm2 per second. Further, the cavity is filled with 0.09 % rifampicin solution in concentration of 0.09 %, and the treatment is repeated with an ultrasonic cavitator. That is followed by filling the cavity with isoniazid solution in concentration of 10 % and performing cavitation treatment again. After treatment with each solution, the operating cavity is dried with dry napkins. After sanitation, the surgical defect is filled with plastic material with further suturing of the wound.
EFFECT: such implementation of the method provides radical sanation of a destructive focus of the affected bone, reduced risk of postoperative complications, reduced risk of recurrence of a specific inflammatory process.
