FIELD: medicine. SUBSTANCE: method involves applying special purpose anti-tuberculosis therapy in residual foci in distal and proximal metaphyses of the tibia and femur. Calcium chloride streptomycin complex is administered at a dose of 1.0 once a day during 10 days directly into bone tissue of the lesion zone. The anti-tuberculosis therapy is repeatedly applied during 4-6 months with two preparations or their combinations: Pyrazinamide 0.5 + Isoniazid 0.6 or Rifamycin 0.45 + Isoniazid 0.6. EFFECT: high accumulation degree in lesion focus.
